Notes: The quotation of certificates and business cards is the starting price, the actual price will be determined based on the degree of specialty, complexity of format and character count.
The above quotations for publishing grade and professional grade already cover the second and even the third proofreading by a senior native-language translator.
- Character count will be subject to the character count as shown under “Chinese WORD2 toolbar - word count - “character count” - excluding blank spaces. If the character count is taken in a foreign language, the above prices will be multiplied by a factor of 1.8.
2. Character count of tables, illustrations and examples will be taken as though a standard page is fully printed with characters.
3. For documents with complex layout, an additional 10%-30% typesetting fee will be charged. This fee may be exempted if clients choose to do the typesetting by themselves.
4. Daily translation quantity: Normally, 2,500 to 3,000 Chinese characters will be translated per working day.
5. For documents which require urgent delivery, an additional 10%-50% urgency fee will be charged.
6. Down payment: A down payment of 30% of the translation price calculated as per character count will be charged in advance.
7. If there is any change in prices, the latest prices will apply.
